    2. To level up checkin to 5 more unique "Record Shop" venues (levels 2-10)
    3. If checking into the same venue only 1 checkin a day will count for this badge (only for level 1 of the badge)
    4. Previous checkins count

    8 valid check-ins and no badge.

    All of my friends who got the badge got it in one check-in, which means previous check-ins count.

    Maybe only one per day counts?

    There are tons of unlocks on this badge showin up on twitter. But i am in the same boat currently have 9 checkins and no badge. Have to figure that one out. As soon as i do i will let you know...

    I agree, that's why I was as detailed as I was in my unlocking of the douchebag badge. Some of them are very tough.

    That and the Great Outdoors badge still remain a mystery.

    It is must be mayorship specific? Is This badge globalize means you can unlock in own country or NY specific?? I don't think 7 to 8 check-ins unlocks.

    today I checked-in at 12 venuses and no unlock.
    i get information this badge can unlock 1 day 1 CI in 7-12 day (1 venue).

    Yea i have 14 checkins so far and no badge.. But it's after 2am so i will play around with it more after i get some sleep. Let you all know what i can figure out as soon as i figure it out.

    How to Unlock Vinyl Badge:
    Check in 7x at Record Shop's venue (1 day 1x CI)

    *shortcut in 1 day:
    1. Choosing a venue we have ever made ​​his own & cheked in already more than 7x
    2. chek in over there
    3. go to history page & change the category (click the "x" and the venue's icon will be transformed into a question mark "?")
    4. to change the category just click the venue's icon (question marks)
    5. select the category Shop -> Record Shop -> add category (the icon will turn into a disc image)
    6. After that, delete the history and then checkin again.
    7. Get the Vinyl badge.

    Thanks AbaH_GahuL! I did what the website said to do and it worked! Got the badge in only one check-in at a venue I had been at more than 7x.

    Typically, the venue category change will work for the badges that need separate days to unlock. This leads me to believe that in fact that badge needs separate days for checkins. Glad you got it!

    but I do not recommend you to use shortcuts, better in the normal way, a check-in x 1 day (maybe 7-12 days).
