Being that Black History month was in February (US & Canada) so i dont know how much longer this badge will be active for. I did just check and their are unlocks listed on twitter from the past few hours. So all i can say is if you dont have this badge yet get it soon.

I unlocked this badge yesterday, but it has been removed. I checked and am still following the page. Not sure why it dissapeared.

@Beerknurd. Did you delete the checkin that unlocked the badge? Deleting the checkin that unlocked the badge will remove the badge.

I didn't delete anything. Later today I will check into the places again to see if I can unlock it again.

I was able to get the badge back by re-visiting The Harlem Heritage and Cultural Center.

Just to clear up some confusion. I have gotten a few messages asking if this is a reactivated badge from last year or if it's a new badge. This should answer any of those type of ?'s.

1- This is the same badge as last year
2- It was not reactivated because it was never retired
3- You can only unlock it once
4- The venues and unlock instructions are the same still
