    I think it's not "theater" category, but "Movie Theater" category. I get it over there.

    My advise, don't level up an expertise categorized badge continuously for single badge. Try to level up another categorized badge from previous one

    In my town there are only a few movie theaters. What if I check in in the same venue? No chance of levelling up? I go to the movie one\twice a week, regularly...

    This is what it says when you unlock level 3:

    "That's 10 different movie theaters! You've got IMDB bookmarked, don't ya? Visit 5 new theaters to unlock Level 4."

    Leveling up at the same venue will not work.
