    Badge is definitely not retired. I just got the badge tonight and plenty of people on twitter have gotten the badge in the last 24 hours as well.

    That is correct which is why the badge was moved back to the active category. The badge was retired just before midnight on the 24th a twitter search will show on unlocks at all on the 25th (we also tested it and could not unlock the badge) then on the 26th the badge came back to life. And it was moved back to the active category.

    @SkipOkane if you read the discussion above you'd see that it was discussed that it was moved back to active. also the discussion is in the active section.

    I have tested this badge 4 times today and no unlock. Also no recent unlocks posted on twitter. Looks like the badge is inactive again. Moving it back to retired.
