Unlock Message: "From the springtime sakura to sleek skyscrapers, there’s always something to see in this city of shrines and shiny screens. So scarf down some sukiyaki, swipe your Pasmo, and get spirited away on the shinkansen. Sugoi-des, ne!"
What can I say, we do our best to get the information out as soon as we get it. I would like to think that we have the best systems in place to get the first notifications. Then it's just a matter of getting them to the fans
I unlocked this badge now. This badge specific to Tokyo, Japan metro area, not Sakura. "Sakura" means just "cherry blossoms" in Japanese, it's the symbol of Japan. Sakura isn't city name, so I think it's better to change the location and the venue list as "Tokyo".
No wonder why www.travelmath.com doesn't recognize Sakura City when I want to know the flight time from South Lake Tahoe, CA. Btw it took me 7 hours from my last c/i for Heavenly 2012 badge to unlock Sakura badge at Tokyo...:)
@Dan Yes, there is a city of Sakura, in Chiba, small city. It's only same pronunciation and different meaning. The badge says "I♥TOKYO", it's the badge for City of Tokyo, not Sakura city. Also all venues are in Tokyo.
