Funny, normally city badges 5 should do the trick. But this one took me 10. Mayb a glitch or some of the venue is invalid! Just a wild guess!

Interesting fact. Many of the words in the unlock message are spelled wrong in English.

You have to correct the unlock instructions: if you don't follow the Red Square list you can't get the badge.
