3. Checkin at the stadium where they are currently playing
4. Checkin to the game event
5. Must be a MLS game. CCL games DO NOT COUNT
To Level this badge up:
level 2-5: 2 checkins per level after you unlock the badge
level 6-10: 5 checkins per level after you unlock level 5 of the badge

Might have been a glitch yesterday with the badges. Seems right that only the home team badge would unlock. Not sure, but it wouldn't be surprising with all the glitches these past few weeks.

You can only unlock the badge from the home team. Seems you`ve to visit all the stadiums on gamedays.

Yeah, but some road teams have awarded badges, like Real Salt Lake. They opened in LA. I believe New England played away too.

So far, five of the awarded badges were playing away, so New York should have unlocked.

The five are RSL, New England, Columbus, KC, and one of the Canadian teams, Montreal I think.

It looks like the way to get the badges may have changed overnite. We should be able to confirm this 2morro when the next game happens.

Next game, Portland is the host. Philly doesn't have a badge. Won't be a new away team for a while.

I was referring to the 13 teams that show up under Partner badges. Six teams are missing, so I hope Philly and the other five appear soon. But if away teams don't all get awarded, can't see getting more than two of them legit.

Edit: Philly just popped up under Partner badges. Five left.

There are only 2 missing under partner badges if you follow all the teams. I have had 17 of the 19 teams listed for days now. The 2 that are not showing up grayed out in the trophy case are DC United and Houston Dynamo.

@Gary ... I was refering to the badges showing up in my trophy case not the badges being listed here (cause WE have had ALL 19 listed here for days). So yes how I stated it was correct. If you read the whole convo and comment that you are refering to you should have realized that. Just saying....

I wasn't following Philly before it appeared under partner badges. I currently follow all teams but Seattle, can't find their follow page.

If the badges only work for home teams, than Houston shouldn't show for another 2 mos. They're on the road the whole time, the stadium is almost complete.

Maybe you have to make a shout for the away team to get both badges. Someone tried that ? Is there someone who got two badges for the check in to a game ?
