    You can. On the mobile site you can currently check in 5 times every 15 minutes. I got the badge with 5 rapid checkins.

    Having been born and raised in this beautiful city I must say I am quite disappointed by the badge. Bicycles do play a large part there, but you'd think they'd have picked the Canals or something else more emblematic... Amsterdam is one of the most beautiful cities there is so they had a lot to work with.

    While I can totally understand your disappointment with the badge design, I happen to like it being a cyclist. It is the closest we will probably ever see for the eco-conscious commuters.

    This Quote if from the 4sqr blog about the badge name change:

    "We’ve changed the badge name to “Mokum.” It’s a nickname for the city!"

    Sounds like the changed it so the badge name was more fitting to the city. Prob at the request of people that live there and are active on 4sqr.

    Got the Badge last weekend, went for a day to Amsterdam, its an easy pray to get, there are like 59 selected venue's to checkin for, and 30 of those are like in a yard of 1 kilometre from eachother.
