    I added a (legit) new laundromat venue for a totally different badge but ended up getting the METRO badge this morning. What a surprise, I didn't even tag that new venue with anything. I guess some of my previous morning check-ins must've counted (no idea which ones), and somewhere near the new venue is one tagged with METRO.

    JR can you tell me with the travel time how many points a person should receive when checking in? I have been checking into this venue 4 days in a row with no luck.

    All I am receiving is the Ci points for 1234 miles since last check in +4.

    That's all you should receive. That means the check-in counts. But remember the check-in has to be between 6am and 9am local time, meaning the time it is at the venue you're checking in to. So, if you're checking in to Canada and in the Eastern time zone, but you're in Kansas, and you check-in at 6:30am local time for you, it's 9:30am there and the check-in won't count towards the badge.

    I'm not sure if this is the issue or not, just a theory.

    I didn't rain on the parade! I'm helping you fix the issue as to why you weren't unlocking it! If you check-in at the right time you should have it by Wednesday (including today) or Thursday (starting tomorrow). Good luck!

    @budweiser9818 What time does it show in your history on the 4sqr website? That should be the "local time".

    @budweiser9818 Time wise you should be fine since Toranto is in the same time zone as Maryland. The standard ?'s i will ask being
    1- are you following metro news
    2- did you get points for your checkins
    3- if jumping did you allow for travel time (goes w/ ? 2)

    guys need help, been checking in for 3 consecutive days already at the same venue. which of course is on their list. still not unlocking for me ;( and yes, checked in during toronto time before 9 am.

    @aishahsam Not sure whats going wrong, but here's the two venues I used for each badge. 1 badge I used this venue: https://foursquare.com/mobile/v/ombrella-pizzacones/4c313366452620a17e50200f

    All checkins for that one was between 6am and 7am.

    The other metro badge I used this venue: https://foursquare.com/mobile/v/marconi-pizzeria/4ae1d958f964a520ef8721e3

    All checkins were between 6am and 7:30am.

    Both were done over 3 days consecutively for each badge. Hope that helps.

    Just got the badge today, checked all days in La Cabana, but I just noticed today that I wasn't following Metro News, strange thing because it was the first thing I've did to achieve the badge.. Anyway, badge still active!
    PS: Btw just got it today at 7am local time
