    No need to follow Marc Jacobs. Not sure which categories unlock it besides "boutique". Also, seems to be a core badge cause of circle shape but it's not showing under partner or core badges in showcase.

    @gedebek I just followed the unlock instructions and popped the badge. Delete the checkin and try again. Make sure that you are getting points.

    @gedebek are you getting points for the check in? If not, u need to delete a few more in history for the time change. Or just delete that checkin and wait a few hours before checking in anywhere.

    @gedebek if you are using foursquare mobile then you have to wait "travel time" after your last check in. For example: if your last check in was in Los Angeles, then you must wait about 5 hours before you can check in in New York because it takes roughly 5 hours to fly from Los Angeles to New York. If you do not wait long enough it will be a "rapid fire" checkin and you will not be awarded points. A check in must award points or it will not count for a badge.

    @Randy maybe you don't follow Mark Jacob page. It supposedly to be parked under the Partners.

    @Tymora: Yes, I have some more badges that don't show up in their right category. Foursquare brings so many updates but they don't fix this problem.
