You don't need to be in a specific city. I unlocked it in Pittsburgh without even trying at my local Wendy's.

It is virtually any late-night joint open after 2 AM (or maybe not). You (& I) can get this in one night: Checkin to a restaurant at 2:05, 2:40, and 3:12; and it should unlock. I used two pizza places and one burrito place for venues.

@aurash - The way to get this is to check-in to 3 restaurants after 2am and before 6am local time. So, I would think if you checked-in to 3 restaurants in your area in that time frame, you should get it. This is a world-wide badge so any city across the globe should be able to get it. Let me know if you're successful!

@aurash - I'm not 100% sure but it might be any food venue. I know of someone unlocking their's at a wendy's. I unlocked mine at a Denny's. you're probably safe with a food venue.
