Ubisoft released the Khyber Strike DLC pack, Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon: Future Soldier DLC package. Khyber Strike became available for download October 9th on Xbox 360 and October 10th for Sony PlayStation3. It’ll run you $10.
Khyber Strike features three new multiplayer maps; Switchback, Palace, and Transit. ‘Switchback’ takes you off the main road into a dizzying maze of buildings and alleys while turning each twist into a close-quarter deathtrap. ‘Palace,’ what once shined as a museum dedicated to the glories and beauty of the past is transformed into a battlefield. The Palace’s massive courtyard is at the heart of its battle worn map. ‘Transit’ tests your close-range combat skills within the limits of a Moscow metro station.
“Takeover” the new multiplayer game mode is similar to deathmatch. Score points for your team by eliminating your enemies. Choose to split your team to defend your objective, or move as a group to overwhelm your enemy and take control of their objective. Per normal, the team with the highest score wins.
Guerrilla Mode co-op map “Village” involves four players online or two players in local split screen. Players are dropped into a once peaceful country village that has transformed into a battleground.
As usual “Khyber Strike” DLC has new achievements with an increased level cap.
