Now that the iPhone 4 has been released all sorts of news has been buzzing about its specs. iFixit just released info and pics from the iPhone 4 they did a teardown on and here are the specs:

• Ram: 512MB (rumors originally 256 RAM)
• Storage: 16 & 32 GB
• Processor: 1 GHz Apple A4 system-on-a-chip
• Display: Retina 3.5 in (89 mm), 960px x 640px
• Screen: Scratch resistant Gorilla Glass
• Cameras: 5MP rear with flash, one front facing
• Video: 720p
• Battery: 1420mAh Li-Polymer (fairly easy to remove with case open)
• WiFi: 802.11n
• Bluetooth: 2.1 + EDR
• Gyroscope: AGD1 3-axis
• aGPS
• FM Radio
• Weight: 4.8 oz
• Dimensions: 4.5″ x 2.31″ x 0.37″
