V Is For Vader – Learning The Alphabet With Star Wars

Learning The Alphabet With Star WarsA is for Ackbar, B is for Bossk, and C is for Chewie and C-3PO. When you were a kid you learned the alphabet, and at some point in your life you probably learned about Star Wars. Created a few years back, by husband and wife Brandon and Emily Peat, this collection of characters were sketched in pencil and then completed in Illustrator.

With the goal of decorating their new baby’s room, the Peat’s designs would be a great way of learning the alphabet. Rather than creating nightmares of Darth for their child (like I used to have growing up), they made these drawings cute and loveable.

Selecting each letter was a lengthy process. The characters who made the cut are primarily from the Original Trilogy (no Prequel characters here!), with a few from the Expanded Universe of books, comics, and video games. We also tried to keep the illustrations as non-violent as possible (in the words of Wuher, “No blasters!”) for maximum kid-friendliness.

These prints are not for sale, but please support these artists by visiting their print store.
